Please contact us for pricing & detailed information Large area CVD WS₂ monolayers are grown by the direct vapor transport technique onto variety of substrates (SiO₂, HfO₂, and sapphire). The WS₂ monolayers are highly crystalline and luminescent. The lateral size measure up to 50 microns. Samples come with preliminary Raman and PL measurements. Typical PL peak is located at 2.02 eV and is strongly luminescent. Raman spectrum peak positions agree with the reported values in the literature.
