Please contact us for pricing & detailed information Large area CVD MoSe₂ monolayers are grown by the direct vapor transport technique onto sapphire substrates. The MoS₂ monolayers are highly crystalline and luminescent. Typical sample size measures 7x7mm in size and each sample contaion various regions with monolayers. Samples come with preliminary Raman and PL measurements. Typical PL peak is located at 1.58 eV and is strongly luminescent compared to exfoliated monolayers. Materials are synthesized using 99.9995% pure precursors using semiconductor grade (99.9999%) gases to achieve 99.9998% purity.
